About the Role
As a Business Expert at Apple, you will be responsible for helping businesses thrive by connecting them with the tools they need to put Apple solutions to work in their organizations. You will spend time on the sales floor, meeting with first-time and current business customers to learn their needs. You will also generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone or through in-store workshops and events.
In this role, you will:
• Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers
• Build relationships with customers and generate new leads
• Facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events
• Work with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals
• Inform and offer customers the complete suite of sales support options
Qualifications
• At least one year of business sales experience
• Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and to position business solutions
• Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events
• Strong people and presentation skills, and excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in the local language
• Flexibility with your schedule
