About the Job
Levy is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented On-Deck Summer Intern to join their Human Resources, Training & Talent Development team. This 10-week internship provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the project management of training programs and initiatives
• Work on the creative design and branding of training decks and materials
• Plan and support events hosted by the HR/Talent team
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Conduct research on industry best practices in HR
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited four-year university/college with a major in human resources, business, or a related field
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR software and/or learning management systems a plus
