Job Description
As a Creative at MY-Creative, you will be responsible for inspiring creativity and sharing your knowledge with Apple Store visitors. You will be the foundation of our welcoming environment, inviting individuals to share their ideas and learn how to bring their visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide small groups and individuals in learning and using Apple products
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity
Qualifications
• Passion for education and ability to instruct by letting users learn by doing
• Ability to teach small groups and multiple customers simultaneously
• Tenacity to work with users to help them get the most out of their devices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in the local language
• Flexible schedule
Additional Requirements
• Comfortable selling as well as teaching
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to recommend other in-store support options
• Willingness to adhere to a tightly structured training schedule
