Manufacturing Planner Early Career

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Early Career to join our Camden, Arkansas location.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program schedules to assure orders are placed into production to meet need.
• Create/monitor reports for program.
• Coordinate material needs with expediter and purchasing.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Advise product management of the status of material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment and services are provided as needed.
• Confirm material supply and demand.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity to other warehouses on the complex and MFC sites.
• Expedite stock transports from site to site.
• Assist management in resolving problems concerning over shipments, shortages, engineering changes and traceability.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Desired Skills

• Degree focused in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
