Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will work in the Human Resources Operations Department, supporting the HRIS team. This internship will provide the intern with a well-rounded Human Resource experience. The intern will contribute to Sanford operations and processes while obtaining firsthand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The intern will work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. The intern will assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location. The intern will also attend training and development opportunities, learning about various processes and functions within the organization.
Qualifications
• Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Desire for a Human Resources career.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
