About the Job

Apple is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the staff and operations of one or more store areas. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, inspiring and developing team members, and ensuring that the store meets its financial and operational goals.

The Senior Manager will work with other members of the store leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for the store. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

The Senior Manager will be a key member of the store leadership team and will be expected to lead by example. The Senior Manager will be a role model for other team members and will be expected to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results
• Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment
• Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Additional Requirements

• You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Cross-industry experience is welcome — a retail background is not necessary.
• You have a passion for learning about Apple technology and products.
• You’re fluent in English (both written and spoken) and the local language. Multilingual ability is a plus.
• You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
