What You’ll Actually Do
• Local Entry & Foundations: Begin your journey within the Quality organization, joining a real team, taking ownership of concrete activities, and building strong functional foundations.
• Graduate Development Program: Participate in four targeted, project-based assignments over a two-year period across Manufacturing, Control Tower & Field Quality, Launch, Customer Experience, and Technical Safety Regulatory & Compliance (TSRC).
• Global Perspective: Expand your experience across diverse functions, teams, projects, and operational contexts while contributing to complex challenges and understanding systems end-to-end.
• Strategic Impact: Work on real business challenges, collaborate across organizations, countries, and teams, and develop both a strategic and operational perspective by translating ideas into execution.
• Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the two-year program, advance into a long-term role within Stellantis, equipped with diverse experiences and prepared for increased responsibility and career growth.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree. This graduate program is designed for early career talent who aspire to grow into future managerial and leadership roles within Stellantis.
• Experience: Motivated by cross-functional and global experience, demonstrating a readiness to grow quickly and take responsibility within a multinational automotive company.
