Finance & Accounting Rotational Program – May 2027 Grads | Charter Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is an early career, two-year rotational program at Charter Manufacturing, located in Mequon, WI with hybrid flexibility. Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned steel and iron production and manufacturing company, founded in the 1930s, driven by a commitment to continuous improvement. What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on experience through a two-year rotational program covering Finance Foundations, Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Business Partnership or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Engage in and complete projects independently and with cross-functional teams to build core finance skills and business acumen.
• Navigate working with different direct managers for each rotation, supported by a consistent mentor throughout the program.
• Utilize opportunities for additional training and development, including internal classes on professional presence, teamwork, and presentation skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, intended May 2027 graduate. Entry-level.
• Experience: Related internship or work experience, experience in leadership roles in work, school, or community, and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative for excellence and process improvement, and demonstrated abilities in planning and communication of ideas.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with prior experience using ERP systems.
