The Tone:
This is a seasonal internship with Baker Tilly US, located in Florida, joining a leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm operating coast-to-coast and globally, with 43,000 professionals. This role offers the opportunity to execute meaningful work engagements within the Transaction Advisory practice that impact the business. Interns will engage directly with a range of clients, from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations, contributing to the firm’s broad service offerings.

• Execution: Learn and execute meaningful work engagements that directly impact business outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a full-time student, with an implied entry-level career focus on accounting domain knowledge.
• Experience: Must have a current offer with Baker Tilly (formerly Berkowitz Pollack Brant) and be available to travel as needed for client projects.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; solid Microsoft Suite proficiency; the ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and exhibit appropriate ethical knowledge.
• Bonus: A preference for accounting majors, outstanding academic performance, and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee.
