What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Advocacy: Encourage colleagues to participate in the Recruit Awesome People program to help grow Convergint’s colleague-first culture.
• Customer Trust: Build trust with existing customers by ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• Project Oversight: Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project requirements and status, including challenges and changes, to the project team, wider organization, and customers.
• Sales Partnership: Partner with sales personnel and premier partners to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations and delivers exceptional service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience, with an interest in operations or project execution.
• Experience: Entry-level, participating in a six-month training program to network, learn, and fine-tune knowledge before managing projects.
• Skills: Self-starter with a strong affinity for problem solving and organization, leadership aptitude, strong presentation and communication skills, and technical acumen or desire to learn evolving technology trends.
• Bonus: 1-3 years project management or equivalent experience
