The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBank) is one of eleven independent regional cooperative banks across the U.S. We are privately capitalized and owned by our member banks, credit unions, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), and insurers within Indiana and Michigan. Our core mission is to provide these members a reliable source of liquidity, supporting housing finance, asset-liability management, and community lending. By passing on lower borrowing costs from global debt markets, we ultimately benefit consumers, businesses, and communities throughout our district.
