• Mission: Learn and apply procedures for preparing financial statements, compilations, reviews, and federal and state income tax returns for private clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Financial Statement Preparation: Understand the process of preparing financial statements.
• Perform Compilations and Reviews: Learn how to conduct compilations and reviews.
• Prepare Federal Tax Returns: Understand the procedures for preparing federal income tax returns.
• Prepare State Tax Returns: Understand the procedures for preparing state income tax returns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting; Entry-level professional joining in January 2027. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience: 0-2 years recent public accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong MS Excel, Strong MS Word, Strong time management, Strong organizational skills, Great communication, Great analytical skills.
• Bonus: 150-Date/Final Graduation between December 2025 and December 2026; Minimum GPA of 3.0; Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team.
