This is a full-time remote role at Zscaler, a leader in cloud security that protects customers from cyberattacks and data loss through its Zero Trust Exchange platform. This critical position drives investor relations projects and plays a pivotal role in quarterly earnings, while also leading high-impact strategic finance initiatives to support long-term growth and operational success.

• Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance department.
• Mission: Drive key investor relations projects and lead high-impact strategic finance initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Earnings Support: Support the quarterly earnings process by preparing press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry/peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects.
• Data Modeling: Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics.
• Investor Engagement: Collaborate on the execution of the annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences.
• Corporate Development: Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling skills, advanced valuation depth with M&A and due diligence capability, foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, and expertise in data analysis.
• Bonus: Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models, experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines and utilizing modern analytics tools, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
