The Tone:
This is an early career rotational program with Charter Manufacturing, involving rotations in Woodstock, IL, Saukville, WI, and Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid work schedule. Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business driven by a will to grow and improve. This role is crucial for building supply chain talent and organizational bench strength, offering individuals early in their careers the chance to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement: Learn and contribute to procurement processes and strategies across different business units.
• Planning: Engage in supply and demand planning activities to optimize inventory and production schedules.
• Transportation: Gain exposure to transportation logistics and contribute to efficient movement of goods.
• Transformation: Support initiatives aimed at transforming and improving supply chain operations.
• Business Integration: Integrate into diverse business environments to understand various aspects of Charter Manufacturing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, suitable for recent college graduates.
• Experience: Supply Chain or general business internship experience, prior participation in a team environment, and an excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; high initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement; strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Bonus: Willingness to travel as needed.
