The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure financial data integrity and performance understanding for defense technology programs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) data integrity for multiple programs utilizing Cobra and SAP toolsets.
• Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and variance analysis to the financial plan, including profitability and cash flow.
• Generate and review Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) and variance reports with CAM input as required.
• Create, maintain, and update projects in SAP, ensuring EAC accuracy for all efforts and establishing program baseline budgets for performance measurement.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of financial performance and provide support for internal and external audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Open to learning new processes and procedures while mastering and growing existing skillsets.
• Skills: Data integrity maintenance, financial forecasting, variance analysis, budget creation, audit support, and working with financial toolsets like Cobra and SAP.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
