This Staff Associate position is vital for handling day-to-day transactional accounting and bookkeeping tasks for diverse clients, enabling their financial data to remain accurate, current, and organized.

• Mission: Handle day-to-day transactional accounting and bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients, ensuring their financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Transactions: Execute daily Accounts Payable tasks, including bill coding and routing for approvals, and manage Accounts Receivable activities, such as preparing client invoices and tracking payments.
• Support Payroll Operations: Assist in the collection and processing of data required for payroll runs, including tracking hours and verifying payroll updates.
• Perform Reconciliations: Conduct routine reconciliations for bank, credit card, and merchant accounts, alongside posting regular journal entries and maintaining digital client accounting records.
• Assist Month-End Close: Support Senior Associates with the month-end close process by gathering necessary documentation and preparing preliminary financial schedules.
• Manage Client Communications: Gather missing receipts, invoices, or other documentation from clients professionally and promptly, utilizing and updating client accounting data within various cloud applications.
