• Training: Participate in an 18-month immersive training and development program.
• Learning: Learn about the sales and operations of a distribution business, specializing in fire protection.
• Development: Engage in a supportive early career program focused on operational and leadership development.
• Exposure: Gain broad exposure to multiple aspects of the business to help identify a future career path within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, recent college graduate or upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA degree.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of professional experience, excluding internships.
• Skills: Readiness to start a career; Interest in learning sales and operations of a distribution business; Ability to participate in an 18-month development program.
