What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and disclosures for external reporting.
• Ensure: Ensure all external reporting is accurate, complete, and compliant with GAAP.
• Research: Research relevant accounting guidance and document conclusions effectively.
• Maintain: Maintain comprehensive supporting documentation and effective internal controls for reporting.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with internal accounting, audit, and business partners on reporting matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience, with preference for public accounting or complex corporate accounting.
• Skills: Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting; strong Excel proficiency; keen attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Exposure to external reporting or financial statement preparation; CPA progress or interest in obtaining the CPA designation.
