This is a full-time role at Sonoco, located in various sites including Dalton, GA, Hartsville, SC, Newport, TN, Neenah, WI, and Columbia, SC. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Leadership: Learn to communicate vision, increase engagement, effectively manage change, and establish trust through results and relationships.
• Gain Technical Skills: Acquire the technical training necessary to excel in your specific operational roles.
• Enhance Personal Acumen: Increase self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and conflict management skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, obtained by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in Manufacturing or a relevant functional area, and proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bonus: A desire to work in a Manufacturing environment and openness to the possibility of relocation.
