What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Financial Operations: Assist with day-to-day financial activities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial processes.
• Prepare Financial Statements: Help in the preparation and review of essential financial statements, contributing to accurate reporting.
• Maintain Accounting Records: Support the maintenance of accurate accounting records, ensuring all financial data is precise and up to date.
• Track Budgets and Expenses: Assist with basic budgeting and expense tracking to monitor financial performance effectively.
• Analyze and Report Data: Help analyze financial data, prepare simple reports, and communicate findings clearly to team members.
• Improve Financial Processes: Collaborate with staff to enhance existing financial processes and ensure documentation is complete and current.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting and cash flow. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and accurate recordkeeping is also essential.
• Experience: The ability to understand and assist with balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports is required. Prior coursework or experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is considered beneficial.
• Skills: Strong Analytical Skills to review data and identify trends are necessary. Candidates must have solid Finance skills, Accounting skills, and effective Communication skills to collaborate and present information clearly.
