What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Assist with and support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post various journal entries, including payroll-related, accruals, reclasses, and adjustments.
• Reconciliations: Complete credit card, bank account, and cash clearing reconciliations, reviewing transactions for accuracy and proper coding.
• General Ledger: Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving any identified variances.
• Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and schedules to support internal and external audit requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations, proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems, strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Public accounting or corporate experience preferred.
