What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconciliations: Assist actively in the meticulous process of balance sheet account reconciliations and conduct thorough analysis to ensure the precision and reliability of financial statements.
• Reporting: Be responsible for generating and accurately filing all necessary month-end reports, which are crucial for supporting timely financial closing procedures and management review.
• Monitoring: Systematically monitor both revenue performance against projections and adherence to established budget figures, providing insights into financial health.
• Journal Entries: Prepare a variety of essential journal entries, specifically including all fixed asset and accrual entries, to accurately record financial transactions and reflect company assets and liabilities.
• Ledger Maintenance: Diligently maintain accounting ledgers by thoroughly verifying and precisely posting all account transactions, thereby ensuring the integrity and audit readiness of financial records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance. This foundational educational background is essential for this early career Staff Accountant position.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role is required, demonstrating practical application of accounting principles.
