What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Collaborate with various teams to coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion within defined timelines.
• Client Solutions: Identify suitable solutions for clients by leveraging insights about their needs and ABB’s offerings, leading to project results that meet expectations.
• Team Contribution: Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Record Keeping: Help maintain the general ledger and accounting records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Finance or Accounting in the United States.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required. Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Skills: Critical thinking to analyze complex situations, effective organization and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines, capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards, and collaboration to convey ideas and share project updates.
