• Team: Reports to Accounting & Reporting Manager – General Accounting
• Mission: To manage and analyze record to report data, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards while supporting account receivables and credit activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Accounting: Perform general accounting activities and meticulously record financial transactions.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile various accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in detail.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct accounting-related analyses and generate comprehensive reports to support finance inquiries.
• Month-End Closing: Execute month-end book closing procedures and reporting activities efficiently.
• Audit Assistance: Provide support to the team leader during internal and external audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of operational experience specifically in General Accounting, with a proven track record as a team player in similar or larger teams.
• Skills: Expertise in the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including Intra-Group areas, a working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to train, coach, and guide others.
