This role is crucial for supporting daily IT operations, resolving technical issues, and contributing to projects that enhance system reliability and user experience across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Assist in IT and Help Desk projects focused on process improvement, automation, and service quality across the organization.
• Data Analysis: Participate in data analysis and reporting projects, using ticketing system metrics to identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Technical Support: Learn and assist with troubleshooting diagnostic techniques for IT environments in retail stores, distribution centers, and the home office.
• System Deployment: Support hardware and software rollout projects, including system imaging, setup, and configuration for various users.
• Documentation: Track and document project tasks, technical procedures, and resolutions, while communicating progress during meetings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program as a Junior/Senior student, or a recent graduate, with a strong interest in project-based IT work and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience: Basic understanding of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, plus exposure to various IT equipment and systems.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills; customer-oriented, calm under pressure, and a proactive problem solver with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
