What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis & Reconciliation: Perform general ledger account analysis and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and all supporting documentation.
• Ownership & Accuracy: Take full ownership of monthly workpapers, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
• Specific Calculations: Prepare all commission calculations and related reports.
• Project & Team Support: Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as needed, working collaboratively with the accounting team to meet deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required for this senior-level accounting professional role.
• Experience: Two or more years of public accounting experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Bonus: CPA designation is preferred, and experience with ERP/CSD systems and QuickBooks is considered a plus.
