As an Associate Business Consultant, you will grow the next generation of consulting expertise within a challenging 20-month development program, speeding drug development, launching treatments more effectively, and shaping optimal customer engagement with leading software, data, AI, and expertise.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support the delivery of customer engagements by managing timelines, as well as conducting process and data analysis.
• Deliver components of customer engagements, including preparing customer communications, leading workshops, and conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with experienced Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to pull through tangible business and operational solutions for customers.
• Develop core consulting skills, deep domain expertise, and leadership foundations through a structured 20-month program.

• Experience: A desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment, demonstrating a high work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a process-driven approach to digging into operations, numbers, and data for improvement opportunities; professional fluency in German and English; willingness to travel up to 20% of time per year.
