What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Provide clear, pragmatic, and solution-oriented legal advice to enable business strategy while effectively managing legal risk.
• Resolve: Participate in complex problem resolution, offering expert legal advice on high-stakes issues and disputes.
• Comply: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the business.
• Partner: Collaborate with business counterparts across the enterprise to help drive the delivery of effective legal services.
• Safeguard: Manage legal risks and safeguard PayPal’s legal interests by developing comprehensive risk management frameworks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris doctorate degree, specializing in legal counsel for privacy, operating at a senior career level.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Skills: Privacy Law expertise, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Advisory, Risk Management, Complex Problem Resolution.
