Senior Regional Manager, Retail Stores | YETI

This is a full-time regional role at YETI, requiring frequent travel throughout North America (including Canada). This role is critical for driving retail business performance, building strong leadership teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple retail stores.

• Mission: Owns and multiplies YETI’s selling culture by developing capable Store Experience Leaders and driving consistent district performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Performance: Coach the behaviors that drive results, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, average dollar sale (ADS), and units per transaction (UPT) across the district.
• Leadership Development: Develop Store Experience Leaders through consistent coaching, guidance, and accountability, enabling them to lead their teams effectively.
• Operational Oversight: Partner with Home Office teams to ensure consistent execution of labor planning, scheduling, visual merchandising, compliance, and inventory management across all stores.
• Strategic Influence: Build strong partnerships with field peers and cross-functional partners, providing crucial customer, product, and market feedback to strengthen business decisions.
• Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the district, building leadership bench strength to support future store growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Progressive retail experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or consumer brand environment.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive retail experience, with 5+ years leading multiple retail stores and developing store leaders across a geographic district.
• Skills: Coaching-oriented leadership style, strong business acumen including data interpretation and forecasting, ability to influence partners across functions without direct authority, and frequent travel throughout North America (including Canada).
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred; a passion for the outdoors and the YETI brand.
