The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role at Entegris, focused on global supply chain development. Entegris is a publicly held, global technology company that recruits future leaders through targeted development programs. This role provides new and entry-level professionals with meaningful exposure to core supply chain disciplines. It is designed to accelerate the identification and positioning of high-potential future leaders within the company.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $77500–$82500 yearly
• Mission: Accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high-potential future leaders of Entegris within the global supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete three 12-month rotational assignments across Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Execute compelling project work and on-the-job training that directly contributes to business unit deliverables.
• Undertake online learning management courses to gain introductory to advanced training in core disciplines.
• Engage with Senior Leaders in face-to-face workshops and presentation meetings.
• Collaborate within diverse, high-performing project teams across functional lines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, data analytics, and/or engineering, with a strong GPA.
• Experience: New to the job market or early in a supply chain career, with graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
• Skills: Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement, self-starter with initiative, and ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organization.
• Bonus: Commitment to a 3-year training program, desire to establish a career with Entegris, and an aligned employment start date of June 21, 2027.
