What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Contribute to high-impact strategic assignments across various business areas to help meet the financial needs of clients.
• Impact: Influence the way people invest by identifying critical insights and seizing new opportunities for Vanguard.
• Lead: Tackle complex business challenges with rigor, demonstrating accountability for project objectives across rotations.
• Analyze: Conduct detailed research and interpret complex internal and external data to derive key insights for strategic projects.
• Develop: Refine presentation and leadership impact skills through formal and informal training, fostering continuous personal and professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate and an MBA degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-undergrad work experience reflecting a progression of increased responsibilities and impact, including exposure to strategy, consulting, or business analytics.
• Skills: Strong conceptual thinking, executive presence, excellent relationship management and leadership skills, clear and effective communication, and the ability to make strategic decisions with collaborative influence in a matrixed environment.
