This is a full-time rotational role at Gorton’s, located in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The TL;DR

• Pay: $60000–$72000 yearly
• Mission: To build financial and accounting experience and make a significant difference in the success of the business through varied assignments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initial Placement: Start in a specific financial assignment such as Customer Finance, General Accounting, Supply Chain Financial Analysis, or Marketing and Sales Financial Analysis.
• Rotational Development: Move through various finance assignments over time to broaden experience and build expertise within the finance activity.
• Business Acumen: Develop financial and accounting expertise while simultaneously gaining a deep understanding of Gorton’s business operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with peers and senior managers across diverse departments, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology.
• Impactful Contribution: Apply financial insights and judgment to directly influence and contribute to the overall success of the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a desire for a career in Corporate Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: Strong business analysis skills are required.
• Skills: Well-developed PC skills, the ability to leverage information to develop insightful business judgment, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Relevant work experience is preferred, along with demonstrated potential for advancement within the company.
