What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and operations teams on active projects.
• Financial Record Keeping: Track project costs and maintain accurate financial information.
• Expense Processing: Process invoices and project-related expenses for projects.
• Revenue Support: Assist with billing, collections, and supporting documentation for projects.
• Financial Organization: Provide timely accounting information to internal teams and help keep projects financially organized from start to finish.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience: Some accounting-related experience preferred; open to recent graduates and candidates from related accounting or project support backgrounds.
• Skills: Strong communication and attention to detail; Eager to learn, coachable, and dependable; Comfortable working cross-functionally with accounting and operations.
• Bonus: Construction or project accounting experience is a plus.
