MBA Finance & Accounting Rotation Program (2027 Graduates) | Sandisk

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Sandisk, located in Milpitas, CA. The company is a leader in Flash and advanced memory technologies, delivering solutions that are crucial for consuming data in today’s digital world and enabling future innovations. This role is vital for developing future financial and accounting leaders who will support Sandisk’s global operations, manufacturing capabilities, and industry-leading product portfolio. Participants will contribute directly to the company’s financial health and strategic growth.

• Team: Finance & Accounting teams, rotating through various functions (Business Finance, Corporate FP&A, Operations Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit)
• Mission: To contribute hands-on to financial operations and develop professional skills across various functions before specializing in a dedicated role.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Data Automation, AI tools, SQL/Python

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute directly to Finance & Accounting functions through various hands-on rotational assignments.
• Analyze and simplify large data sets to provide actionable financial insights to the organization.
• Create and deliver effective presentations that communicate key financial information to senior management.
• Redesign and implement processes by leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate across large, cross-functional teams to solve problems and influence positive change.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA candidate with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, graduating in May/June 2027. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also required.
• Experience: Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to commence or sponsor an immigration case.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for working with and simplifying data, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools for process redesign, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: 3-4 years of experience in a related field, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in SQL/Python.
