The company is a newly launched, private equity-backed healthcare organization actively pursuing growth through strategic acquisitions. • Team: Corporate accounting team, reporting to a Big 4-trained Controller and working with an experienced CFO.
• Mission: Help build and establish a scalable finance function and accounting processes for a rapidly expanding healthcare company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build Foundation: Help establish scalable accounting processes and contribute to building the entire finance function from the ground up for a newly launched company.
• Financial Management: Gain comprehensive experience across the month-end close, financial reporting, essential forecasting activities, and cash management operations.
• Business Integration: Participate in crucial M&A integration efforts as the company expands through acquisitions, helping to incorporate new entities.
• Process Optimization: Drive and contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency within the accounting function.
• System Implementation: Play an active role in the upcoming NetSuite implementation, contributing to the establishment of new financial systems.
