Supply Chain Associate | Molson Coors Beverage Company

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Molson Coors, working in a hybrid model. Molson Coors is a major beverage company with an extensive portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands, aiming to transform the industry. This role is part of a Supply Chain Rotational Program, designed to build core capabilities and provide an end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations, directly contributing to business success through real-world problem-solving.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities, solve business challenges, and support service, cost, quality, and efficiency objectives.
• Partner: Partner with cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, customer service, and supply chain operations to deliver business results.
• Lead: Lead and support business improvement projects by developing recommendations, implementing solutions, and measuring results.
• Build: Build a broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, production, transportation, fulfillment, and network operations.
• Present: Present project outcomes, key learnings, and business recommendations to program leaders and senior leadership while participating in professional and leadership development opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or upcoming graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience if not a recent graduate; demonstrated ability to complete complex projects and understand business priorities.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, analytics, reporting, and communication skills; capable of working in a team and under pressure.
• Bonus: A strong desire for learning and continuous growth; a collaborative approach to building relationships and achieving desired outcomes; a commitment to accountability for results.
