This is a Commercial Leadership Program at W. R. Grace, located in Columbia, MD. W. R. This program is critical for identifying and developing the next generation of business leaders who will drive operational excellence and commercial strategies within the organization. The goal is to cultivate future Game Changers for the company through valuable rotational experience and leadership training.

• Mission: To develop future business leaders who will drive operational excellence and commercial strategies within W. R. Grace through rotational experience across multiple business functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand and map business processes to build a foundational understanding of the company’s operations.
• Learn how strategic decision-making impacts the profit & loss (P&L) within the manufacturing business.
• Partner closely with leaders across functions such as Process Technology, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Center of Excellence, and Business Management to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Gain insight into how strategic decision-making integrates with plant operations, fostering effective leadership principles.
• Identify, lead, and monitor the successful execution of a process improvement project to implement commercial strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Be in your senior year, currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Marketing, Management, Applied Math, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum cumulative 3.0 grade point average.
• Experience: Possess prior meaningful work assignments such as a co-op or summer internship, demonstrate success in the classroom, and have prior leadership experience.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and management potential, have a strong interest in becoming a business leader, and be willing to relocate to Columbia, MD at the start of the program and commit to future relocation to the East Coast and/or Gulf Coast upon completion.
