This program is designed to accelerate careers by developing future leaders, enhancing operational capabilities, and driving change within the supply chain function, supporting Synthomer’s long-term growth strategy within vital sectors like coatings, construction, adhesives, and health and protection.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Strategy: Design data analysis and reporting to drive customer-focused business strategies.
• Network Resilience: Ensure supply chain network resilience during product transfers between manufacturing sites.
• System Implementation: Support SAP implementation for production planning, inventory, customer service, and logistics.
• Inventory Optimization: Analyze raw materials and finished goods to determine optimal inventory levels, balancing service targets and working capital.
• Business Challenge: Tackle high-impact business challenges across various facets of the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or a related field from an accredited university, with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Experience: Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development.
• Skills: Strong operational capabilities, strategic thinking, leadership potential, and data analysis skills. Requires permanent work authorization in the United States and geographical mobility within the U.S. and internationally.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or a related field; professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS: CPIM, CSPC, CLTD, CTSC).
