Senior Operations Planner | Raytheon

• Mission: This role is responsible for the planning, monitoring, and escalation of operations to ensure timely production and material availability within manufacturing processes.
• Tech Stack: ERP system (SAP), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting & Escalation: Forecast material availability (CTB Look ahead) and escalate supply chain issues (CTB IOC) to ensure continuous operations.
• Planning & Balancing: Balance workload schedules (WS balancing) and monitor production plans against actual inputs.
• MRP Response: Respond to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for end items and subassemblies within a 5-week lead time to start production.
• Work Order Management: Issue and monitor rework work orders, and track the completion and past-due status of work orders for end items and subassemblies.
• Reporting & Updates: Generate WS Status 89 reports for end items and subassemblies, and update production plans (CTB-Weekly, CTB IOC) for open work schedules requiring escalation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate of any Bachelor’s or College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; possesses an excellent understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP; demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
