The TL;DR

• Mission: This person will manage key financial records, assist in reporting, and support accounting functions to contribute to the company’s growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis & Billing: Conduct thorough revenue analysis and manage billing processes for company assets.
• Expenditure Review: Review all expenditures to ensure they receive proper accounting treatment in line with company policies.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing various monthly reports, annual budgets, re-forecasts, and regular financial statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile various financial accounts and conduct tenant specific reconciliations and research as needed.
• Strategic Projects: Play an active role in the acquisition process of new investment opportunities and manage confidential, time-sensitive projects assigned by senior executives and investors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, suitable for an early-career professional ready to contribute immediately.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and other major accounting platforms.
• Skills: The ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and meet strict timelines is essential. Candidates must possess superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, alongside excellent organizational and time management capabilities. A self-starter mentality with a success-oriented mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment are also key.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Spreadsheet Server.
