What You’ll Actually Do
• Finance Transformation Leadership: Lead and guide finance transformation initiatives for TMT clients, encompassing core finance processes, operating model design, and defining target-state architectures to improve performance and effectiveness.
• Global Capability Center Expertise: Provide specialized support for Global Capability Center (GCC) setup engagements, which includes developing location strategies, establishing robust governance frameworks, and meticulously planning transitions.
• Finance Function Optimization: Conduct thorough assessments of current-state finance functions, identifying critical improvement opportunities that are strategically aligned with the client’s broader business objectives.
• Program Documentation and Planning: Develop comprehensive process documentation, formulate strategic transformation roadmaps, and create detailed implementation plans to successfully execute finance programs.
• Consulting Engagement Contribution: Actively participate in consulting engagements by structuring complex analyses, synthesizing key findings into actionable insights, and supporting the development of impactful solutions for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional holding a Master of Business Administration, with a foundational understanding in business consulting and a specialized focus on finance transformation within the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) industries.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis is required, complemented by a demonstrated history of supporting Global Capability Center (GCC) setup engagements, including critical aspects like location strategy and transition planning.
• Skills: Possesses a strong understanding of end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, covering core finance processes, operating models, and target-state design. Proficient in assessing current-state finance functions, defining improvement opportunities, and developing process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for finance programs. Capable of structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and supporting solution development in a consulting context.
