What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, encompassing billing, collections, and cash application.
• Provide essential payroll support, assisting with data entry and ensuring timely compensation.
• Perform accurate bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Offer general accounting assistance, including financial data entry and system support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professionals at various career stages with a background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience across core accounting functions, which may include managing accounts payable and receivable processes, handling invoice processing, supporting billing and collections activities, performing bank or account reconciliations, or providing payroll support. Practical experience utilizing Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Experience navigating QuickBooks or other industry-standard accounting software; Familiarity with various ERP or financial systems; Strong capabilities in financial data entry; Ability to provide comprehensive general accounting support.
