What You’ll Actually Do
• Treasury Operations Management: Take responsibility for overseeing comprehensive treasury operations, which includes executing accurate bank reconciliations, managing disbursements efficiently, and preparing detailed cash reporting to maintain financial transparency.
• Financial Reporting and Workpaper Preparation: Diligently prepare quarterly fund workpapers, providing essential support and contributions to the timely and accurate delivery of comprehensive financial reporting, including the preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Journal Entry Administration: Accurately enter and meticulously maintain all necessary journal entries within a cutting-edge, cloud-based accounting platform specifically designed and tailored for the nuances of the investment industry.
• Investor Communication and Support: Develop and meticulously review mail merge communications to ensure consistency and accuracy, and professionally respond to investor inquiries, providing clear and precise information.
• Capital Activity Processes: Actively support and meticulously review all processes related to capital activity, encompassing the precise execution of capital calls, detailed allocations, and timely distributions to fund investors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. This role is structured for individuals at an entry-level stage in their accounting career.
• Experience: A minimum of 0 years of direct accounting experience is required, indicating suitability for recent graduates or those beginning their professional journey in accounting.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with core Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel for data analysis, Word for document creation, Outlook for email communication, and Teams for collaborative efforts.
