• Mission: To learn and perform audit procedures, assessing financial statements and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Receive comprehensive Assurance training from the Learning & Development team and key Assurance leaders.
• Analysis: Learn to analyze financial statements and related disclosures to identify material misstatements or discrepancies.
• Audit Procedures: Learn and perform audit procedures by examining financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Internal Controls: Assist in evaluating and testing the effectiveness of client internal control systems.
• Collaboration: Engage in regional intern events, executive speaker sessions, and collaborate with fellow interns on a project.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum 3.0 GPA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (BS/BA/MSA/MST/Certificate Program), with a graduation date between September 2027 and December 2029.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in pursuing or obtaining CPA Educational Licensure Requirements, and availability to start in January in a California office.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
