What You’ll Actually Do

• Record Processing: Process, organize, and meticulously maintain invoices and other essential financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.
• Month-End Activities: Support critical account reconciliations and assist with various month-end activities, playing a role in the company’s financial closing processes.
• Data Management: Enter and rigorously review financial data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the integrity of all financial information.
• Administrative Support: Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and documentation, alongside assisting with filing and other administrative tasks crucial for team operations.
