What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Tax/Audit Engagements: Apply acquired accounting knowledge to support tax or audit engagements, contributing to client service delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other relevant accounting tasks.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Work effectively and collaboratively with clients and internal team members on project assignments, fostering strong relationships.
• Problem Solving & Initiative: Exercise initiative and apply problem-solving skills to practical accounting challenges encountered during engagements.
• Detail Management: Maintain strong attention to detail across all assigned tasks, documentation, and communications to ensure accuracy and quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level accounting student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; candidates must have a minimum 3.3 GPA.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to apply skills in data analysis and reporting; exceptional verbal communication skills for clear interaction; exceptional written communication skills for professional documentation; demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capabilities; strong attention to detail in all tasks; and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Bonus: On track to meet CPA eligibility requirements with a clear plan for licensure; interest in pursuing a full-time career in public accounting; and authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
