• Team: GICS (Global Information Services Chief Information Office), IT teams
• Mission: To identify, organize, and advance AI and digital transformation use cases across internal IT functions, fostering AI adoption and capability building.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identification: Support the identification, collection, and initial prioritization of AI and digital transformation use cases across GICS teams.
• Coordination: Help coordinate AI transformation activities, including workshops, planning discussions, and sharing sessions to advance ideas to pilots.
• Tracking: Track the progress of AI initiatives, including status updates, adoption indicators, and lessons learned, preparing reports for leadership.
• Enablement: Support the preparation of AI adoption materials, such as use case summaries, simple playbooks, and training content, to increase AI awareness.
• Development: Develop “quick win” AI applications for proofs-of-concept and explore emerging AI opportunities within GICS.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree from an accredited university, demonstrating a strong interest in AI, digital transformation, business operations, or process improvement.
• Experience: Foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, or automation technologies, coupled with practical experience building AI applications and demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or community involvement.
• Skills: Strong curiosity, learning agility, and analytical thinking, alongside good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to understand business processes and document needs clearly.
• Bonus: Basic experience or strong willingness to learn productivity and reporting tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot or Power BI; exposure to AI adoption, change management, or community building initiatives; basic awareness of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and security considerations; interest in working in a global, matrixed environment and supporting AI use cases that improve productivity or employee experience.
