What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with both internal and client stakeholders to thoroughly understand functional needs, subsequently converting these into precise technical requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Solution Design: Actively contribute to the solution design process by identifying specific customization requirements across multiple system modules, basing these determinations on a clear understanding of functional needs and their direct linkage to technical specifications.
• Configuration & Customization: Execute all necessary customizations and apply critical configuration changes across various modules within the existing system landscape, directly supporting the effective implementation of defined business processes.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze and resolve complex performance issues, while also optimizing configurations, database queries, or system integrations across multiple applications to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
• Documentation: Create detailed and comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including precise design documents, process flow documents, and other relevant artifacts to ensure clarity and maintainability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A mid to senior-level professional with deep expertise in system customization, configuration management, and the implementation of business processes within complex IT environments.
• Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience, with mandatory hands-on expertise in TEMENOS T24.
• Skills: Proficient in TEMENOS T24, skilled in system configuration and technical customization, adept at performance analysis and optimization, and experienced in creating detailed technical and functional documentation.
