What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering and Feasibility: Lead and conduct thorough requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with stakeholders, and assist in comprehensive feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Solution Design: Play a key role in the robust solution design phase by identifying specific customization requirements across multiple system modules, leveraging a strong understanding of how functional needs link to technical implementation requirements.
• Configuration and Customisation: Independently execute required customizations and apply necessary configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system architecture, providing crucial support for the successful implementation and adoption of new business processes.
• Integration and Optimization: Actively participate in the integration design processes for multiple system modules, assessing and optimizing data flow, while also analyzing performance issues to optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across applications.
• Documentation: Create detailed and clear functional and technical documentation, including preparing comprehensive design documents that outline architectural decisions and implementation details, and developing process documents for business workflows and system interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced Techno Functional Consultant at the L2 level, demonstrating a strong foundation in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting complex system implementations across various modules.
• Experience: 8-10 years of dedicated experience, with a mandatory specialization and proven expertise in Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud, having successfully delivered projects or managed systems leveraging this platform.
• Skills: Proficient in Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting, coupled with the ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
