What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Return Preparation: Prepare tax returns for diverse clients across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, construction, real estate, and diversified financial institutions.
• Tax Research: Conduct basic tax research to support client engagements and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Foundational Learning: Learn and apply the fundamental tax concepts necessary for professional development within the tax field.
• Client Engagement: Work collaboratively as a team member on a variety of client engagements, spanning both domestic and international contexts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or a similar field. Candidates must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements necessary to obtain a CPA license in their assigned Crowe work location prior to starting full-time.
• Experience: Demonstrated relevant work experience, which may include prior internships, summer positions, or school jobs.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments; and the capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment with professionals of all levels. Additionally, candidates must be available to work or travel evenings or weekends when needed (Saturday and/or Sunday), and a car may be required for travel to client sites.
